Trico Trans Am Welcomes Hi-Tec Oils as Newest Series Partner

The Trico Trans Am Series has welcomed its newest series partner ahead of 2025, with Hi-Tec Oils jumping on board to support the rapidly growing category.

Hi-Tec Oils have been long-time supporters of Australian motorsport, and got their first taste of Trans Am racing in 2024 when Hi-Tec Oils athlete Brad Gartner contested the final round of the season in Adelaide.

The Hi-Tec Oils branding will take prime position in the centre of the front and rear bumpers on every car in the field. As one of Australia’s largest independent oil manufacturers, the high-quality products from Hi-Tec Oils are a natural fit for the rigorous demands of racing in Trans Am.

Across a seven round-round season the Trico Trans Am Series will race at three Supercars Championship events – Darwin, Tailem Bend and Adelaide – along with four Australian Racing Group promoted events. Both Race Tasmania and the Bathurst 6 Hour are also backed by Hi-Tec Oils, as part of an expanded relationship with ARG.

“Hi-Tec Oils are proud to sponsor the Trans Am series and continue to deepen our ongoing partnership with Australian Racing Group for 2025,” said Hi-Tec Oils Corporate Partnerships and Motorsport Manager, Tayla Kennedy.

“With the overwhelming response from the announcement about expanding into more events with ARG it makes sense for Hi-Tec Oils to further our involvement into a category we believe aligns with our brand. We look forward to the 2025 racing season,” Kennedy concluded.

The Trico Trans Am Series will kick off the 2025 season as part of Hi-Tec Oils Race Tasmania, from March 22-23 at Symmons Plains Raceway.
