Darwin Confirmed as Third Round in 2025

Hidden Valley Raceway will host the Trico Trans Am Series for the first time when the series takes to the Northern Territory as part of the betr Darwin Triple Crown.

The event will mark the third round of the 2025 season, from June 20-22, and the first of three appearances for the year on the Supercars Championship undercard for Trans Am.

Darwin’s premier motorsport event holds a longstanding place as one of the crown jewel events in Australian motorsport, characterised by typically hot conditions and playing out in front of a large crowd of passionate fans.

The event will be one of the season’s biggest tests of equipment management, with the 2.87km course known for its significant impact on both brakes and tyres by virtue of the hot weather and one of the country’s heaviest braking zones at turn one.

Trans Am joins a support category bill also featuring Carrera Cup, Touring Car Masters and Combined Sedans.

There remains one TBC event on the 2025 Trico Trans Am Series calendar, set to slot in as the sixth round of the season prior to the VAILO Adelaide Grand Final. The 2025 series commences at Race Tasmania from March 22-23 at Symmons Plains Raceway.
