Press Release – Fresh off winning the Pro-Am Class at the opening round of Trico Trans Am Series at Sandown, Tasmanian Josh Webster has revealed a fresh livery for Round 2 at Symmons Plains.

Webster debuted his ex-Owen Kelly Ford Mustang at Sandown to positive results in what was an interim livery featuring major support from Auto Fix – the company integral to acquiring the new car.

Starting his second Trico Trans Am Series season on a high, Webster will debut the new look at his home event – the fourth running of AWC Race Tasmania.

Inspired by Kelly’s prior livery, Webster’s Dream Racing Australia-run Mustang will feature a fresh take delivered by major sponsor for this round Document Management Tasmania. The wrap was completed by Hobart Signwriters.

Webster took the covers off his Mustang at the opening day of AWC Race Tasmania at Baskerville today where he will complete demonstration runs in the Mustang prior to the second round of Trico Trans Am at Symmons Plains next weekend.

He enters the round with plenty of confidence thanks to an exhaustive testing program held at Symmons Plains recently, under the watchful eye of Dream Racing Australia crew chief Cameron Fisher.

Webster will be joined by regular team-mate Jackson Rice and fellow Tasmanian Adam Garwood in an expanded Dream Racing Australia line-up at AWC Race Tasmania scheduled for March 15-17.

“The debut of the Mustang couldn’t have gone much better,” said Webster.

“We went faster and faster as the weekend went on. Now that it has had a makeover and we’ve done some testing at Symmons Plains, we’re excited to reveal the new livery at Baskerville for the opening event of AWC Race Tasmania.

“I’m even more excited to get to Symmons Plains next weekend for the second round of the Trico Trans Am Series, which will be pretty cool.

“It’s pretty similar to how Owen had it, but we’ve put our own look and design into it. Document Management Tasmania and Signwriting Hobart have delivered the goods. It will look great both on and off-track, including on the live coverage on Seven.

“It was great to have those test laps and for Dream Racing Australia Crew Chief Cameron Fisher to come down. We had an extensive test program, which we were able to get through and we emerged happy from it, so we can’t wait to see how we stack up next weekend.
