A striking maroon livery will feature on Zach Bates’ Ford Mustang when he makes his Turtle Wax Trans Am Series debut this weekend at Sydney Motorsport Park.
Bates makes the transition from the Toyota Gazoo Racing 86 Series into the V8-powered muscle car at his home circuit where he is part of a 25-car entry list.

Taking on naming rights sponsorship for his maiden appearance is Sydney-based Sullivans Accountants, a company established more than 40 years ago.
Taking pride of place on the bonnet is Monarch Building Services Facilities Management, which is a ACT-based business providing efficient project services including design, construction, facilities management and much more.
Street Impact produced and applies the decals on the Mustang, KMC Wheels and National Capital Motors are all supporting Bates for this weekend.
“It’s awesome these companies are supporting me and I can’t thank them enough,” said Bates.
“Any support is very much valued at this level and obviously motor racing is very difficult on the financial end, but to have these supporters for my maiden event is awesome.
“The car looks great and I can’t wait to hit the track on Friday.”
Turtle Wax Trans Am will contest its second race into the night at Sydney Motorsport Park – a first for the category – with three races to be held across the weekend live, on-demand and uninterrupted on Stan Sport.
Also the weekend’s second race under lights will form part of 9Gem’s two-hour live coverage on Saturday evening.
