WATCH THE SPEEDSERIES FROM SYDNEY MOTORSPORT PARK ON STAN SPORT AND 9GEM

The SpeedSeries heats up for Round 4 at Sydney Motorsport Park this weekend with all the action streaming ad-free, live and on demand with select coverage on 9GEM free-to-air.

As part of the Shannons Motorsport Australia Championships at the popular Sydney venue, two hours of live free-to-air coverage on 9GEM will be included on Saturday evening, featuring the opening races of the S5000 Australian Driver’s Championship, Turtle Wax Trans Am and the Supercheap Auto TCR Australia Series.

All three races will be held in twilight and night time conditions, with the Sydney circuit lit up with its superb permanent track lighting systems.

The free-to-air coverage on 9GEM will be aired between 5:30-7:30pm on Saturday evening. The broadcast will lead straight into a vital Super Rugby Pacific match between the NSW Waratahs and the Blues, also broadcast on 9GEM.

This compliments the ad-free, live and on demand coverage of the SpeedSeries on Stan Sport, which kicks off on Saturday at 11:30am – 7:30pm AEST and concludes on Sunday 11am-5pm AEST.

Motorsport fans who have not signed up to Stan Sport can enjoy a 7-day free trial, which would also give access to a range of Motorsport including Formula E, WECm WRC and IndyCar, headlined by this weekend’s Indianapolis 500.

The Speed Series round will feature seven racing categories, ensuring a bumper line-up of the best cars and stars from Australian motorsport. TCR Australia, S5000 and Trans Am will be joined by the ever-popular Gulf Western Oils Touring Car Masters, the Porsche Michelin Sprint Challenge, Radical Cup Australia, Production Cars and the Prototype Series.

Practice and qualifying for some of the classes listed above will be held on Friday, followed by wall-to-wall racing on Saturday and Sunday.
