Turtle Wax Trans Am Series schedule confirmed for Phillip Island
Turtle Wax Trans Am returns to Phillip Island for its second round on the 2022 calendar joining with the Shannons Motorsport Australia Championships for the first time this year, with a packed schedule of racing planned.
Fans can get their first taste of what the Turtle Wax Trans Am Series is all about at the Thursday night street party in Cowes where some of the leading drivers and cars will be on display as the Island welcomes the return of national level racing.

After the festivities, the Turtle Wax Trans Am Series begins its on-track action at 9:55am AEDT with opening practice before another session follows at 1:45pm AEDT.
Qualifying kicks off at 10:10am AEDT ahead of the opening race for Round 2 of Turtle Wax Trans Am at 2:55pm AEDT, which is live on Stan Sport.
Leading off Sunday’s action on Stan Sport is Race 2 of Turtle Wax Trans Am at 11:20am AEDT, with the final event for the category following at 2:55pm AEDT.
TRADIEPAD Wall Racing’s Tim Brook leads the standings after securing two race wins at AWC Race Tasmania, with reigning Turtle Wax Trans Am Series winner Nathan Herne just two points behind in his Team Valvoline Garry Rogers Motorsport Ford Mustang.
Young guns Kyle Gurton and Lochie Dalton follow close behind as Phillip Island promises a close contest.
The second round of Turtle Wax Trans Am will be part of the opening Shannons Motorsport Australia Championships event of the season at Phillip Island on March 18-20.
