Supercheap Auto and Morris Family reunite for 2022
Leading Auto-Parts retailer Supercheap Auto will adorn the Ford Mustang Trans Am #67 of Nash “Flash” Morris in a new partnership revealed today.
It’s a return to the track for the Supercheap Auto and Morris family partnership, as well as the famous #67 number.
The iconic Supercheap Auto red and yellow have a long history with Paul Morris that began in 2008 with the primary sponsorship of the Paul Morris Motorsport Supercars team.
Since then, the duo has partnered in multiple racing disciplines, including Sprintcar and Stadium Super Trucks events.
Nash, who is the son of Paul, made his Trans Am debut in Round 2 at Phillip Island last year. Nash went on to score a career-best race result of third in race two of round four held at Sydney Motorsport Park.
The 2022 Turtle Wax Trans-Am Series gets underway Friday at the AWS Race Tasmania as part of the newly-names SpeedSeries, February 11–13.
Racing will be available to stream ad-free, live and on demand on Stan Sport, with live coverage also on the Nine Network.

“After watching dad race around Supercheap Auto colours as a kid, it’s cool to see the brand now on my car.
“Supercheap Auto have been long term supporters of dad and Norwell Motorplex and I can’t wait to get out there to continue the association.
“I love racing Trans Am and my goal hasn’t changed, it’s to go out there and win.”
Justin Murray, Supercheap Auto Sponsorship Manager
“We’re excited to be onboard with Nash ‘Flash’ Morris this year in the Turtle Wax Trans-Am Series.
“It’s great to extend our association into the next generation with Nash, a partnership with the Morris family that has been ongoing for the best part of 15 years.
“The bold red Supercheap Auto #67 won’t be missed on track and look forward to the journey ahead with Nash.”
